Phenolic cotton cloth laminate sheet 3025 / 3026 /3027.

Phenolic cotton cloth laminated sheet 3025 is made of coarse cotton cloth impregnated phenolic resin by processing under heat and pressure.

heat resistance grade: E grade.

3025 (Meet the JB886-75 standard) has high machinery properties, and oil resistance, dielectric properties. suitable to apply to equipment, generator, electrical appliance used as insulation constructure parts, also can be used in transformer oil.

3026 ( meet the JB1679-75 standard) can be used as anti-seismic parts in the big equipment.

3027 (meet the JB2182-77 standard).

Technical requirement:

1. surface: surface should be smooth, not allow any impurities or obvious defect. slight scratches and allowed. The edge should be cut neatly and the section should be free of any delamination or cracks.

2. No cracks are allowed after machining ( or layering after punching not allow) and slag not allow.
