3240 epoxy phenolic glass cloth laminate is made of alkali - free glass fiber cloth for electricians dipped in epoxy phenolic resin, baked and hot pressed.

3240 epoxy phenolic glass cloth laminate, with high mechanical and electrical properties, is widely used in generators, motors, electronic appliances as insulation materials and components.

3240 epoxy board (our company calls it 3240-A or Grade A epoxy board) generally has A B-level temperature resistance. It has higher mechanical properties and strength below the normal temperature of 130 degrees, and its electrical performance is relatively stable in the dry and wet state

FR-4 epoxy sheet : Made up of epoxy resin and electronic glass fiber glass cloth,by baking and heat pressing. Regarding processing technic, it is superior to other resinous glass fibre cloth substrate such as 3240 Fiberglass epoxy sheet, and thus more expensive than 3240 epoxy sheet.

Epoxy glass board is a high quality thermosetting plastic product, made by compressing multiple layers of fibreglass which are then impregnated with epoxy resin creating strong rigid sheets or plates of material. It has good mechanical strength and resistance to high temperatures as well as excellent electrical insulation properties, which means it can restrict the flow of electric current by supporting electrical conductors not allowing current to pass through.
